Apple and banana smoothie

This smoothie with apple and banana is perfect to start your day. Apples and bananas can be found in the supermarket throughout the year. These two fruits are high in fiber and add a delicious, sweet flavor to your smoothie. You easily make this smoothie by mixing all the ingredients in the blender!

Ingredients

  • 200 ml yoghurt
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • honey (to taste)
  • 1 dash Cold water
  • 1 handful ice cubes

Prepare

  1. Fruit cutting

    Cut the apple in half and remove the core. Next, cut the apple and banana into small pieces so that the fruit fits easily into the blender.

  2. Blending

    Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend for about 20 seconds until you have a smooth smoothie.

  3. Taste

    Taste to see if you are satisfied with the taste of your smoothie. Want to make the smoothie a little sweeter? Then add some extra honey. Finally, you can add some cinnamon to finish it off.
