Pina colada
A setting sun, a light breeze and some music in the background. Do you see it already? That includes a Pina Colada! This true summer cocktail does well because of its fresh and fruity character. Not surprisingly, it is the national drink of Puerto Rico! In this recipe, we’ll teach you how to make the perfect Pi This recipe is for 1 cocktail, but you can of course double the recipe!
Ingredients
- 25 ml white rum (Bacardi or Havana)
- handful of ice cubes
- 1 piece pineapple (decoration)
- 30 ml pineapple juice
- 25 ml coconut milk

Making the cocktail!
Add the coconut milk, white rum and pineapple juice in the blender. Of course, you can make the pineapple juice yourself by first blending and straining it. The lazy way is to buy the juice at the store. Then blend the mixture and finally add the ice cubes and blend again.
Tip: Is the knife blade still not under after adding the ingredients? Then double the quantities so that you immediately make 2 cocktails.

Rounding up
Depending on the pineapple juice, the cocktail may take on a yellowish or white color. Pour the mixture into a nice glass. Then cut a piece of pineapple and place it on the glass for a playful effect.
Variation: You can also choose a coconut liqueur instead of the white rum for a tropical surprise.
