Scroppino or sgroppino is a delicious cocktail from northern Italy. You make it easily with the blender!
- 250 ml prosecco
- 50 ml vodka
- 2 limes
- 500 ml lemon ice cream (sorbet)
- sprig mint
Place the champagne flutes in the refrigerator for 2 hours or in the freezer for 20 minutes. Cut 1 lime in half and extract the juice from the lime. Cut 1 lime in half and extract the juice from the lime.
Mix the vodka, prosecco, juice of one lime and lemon ice in a blender. If you have an ice function use this one. Pour the mixture into the glass and serve with a sprig of mint and slice of lemon.
