Return or exchange

Did you imagine something different about the product, did you order the wrong product or is there another reason why you want to exchange or return something? That’s not a bad thing at all! It’s part of online shopping and we want to make it as easy as possible for you! Please read the terms and conditions below carefully.

Conditions to exchange or return.

You have within 14 calendar days of the arrival of your order to register the product(s) in question for exchange or return. The item you return must be unused and in its original shipping condition. The cleaning powder may not be exchanged or returned after opening the jar. You have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation

NOTE: For products that are not returned in their original condition (think without / broken packaging, broken products etc.) we charge a fee with a minimum of 15% of the total order value.

How do I return?

Before you send anything, please register the return with us first. You do this by sending an email to info@superblenders.com with the following information:

  • Your name;
  • Your order number;
  • The product(s) you want to return, and;
  • The reason for the return

If your return meets the conditions, you can send the package. You can use the shipping box we used to send it again to return it. Make sure it is returned as you received it.

You can bring the package to a PostNL point, DHL Parcel point or a UPS point to have it sent to you. The cost of return is on yourself, unless it is a warranty case.

Note: Don’t forget to take off the old shipping label or leave it visible on the box, or the mail order company may send it back to your address.

How do I swap?

Before you want to exchange something, notify us of the exchange first. You do this by sending an email to info@superblenders.com with the following information:

  • Your name;
  • Your order number;
  • Exchange the product(s) you want back;
  • Which products you want to exchange against each other, and;
  • The reason for the return

We will confirm the exchange as soon as possible. After the confirmation, you can return the product(s). You can use the shipping box we used to send it again to return it.

You can bring the package to a PostNL point, DHL Parcel point or a UPS point to have it sent to you. The cost of return is on yourself, unless it is a warranty case.

What if the prices of the exchanged items are different?

In the event that the prices of the products exchanged opposite are different, this will be settled.

In the event that the new product is worth more than the exchanged product, a new request for payment by bank transfer will take place. Upon receipt of this payment, the new product will be shipped.

In the event that the new product is worth less than the exchanged product, Superblenders will refund the money immediately after receiving the exchanged product. This is done via the way you made the first payment: This can be via Credit Card, PayPal, IDeal or via a bank transfer.

Please note: Delivery of the new order is at your own expense.

When will I receive my exchanged product?

The new product will not be shipped until the exchanged product is received in good order and payment (if applicable) is made. When all is well, the new product is delivered. You can read all about the delivery on this page.
